All Units Are Shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Tracking Number will be provided for you via email. Once your order has been shipped , Mercedis Denise Collection is not responsible for your package once it has been shipped from the mail carrier. No REFUNDS, RETURNS, or EXCHANGES.
